1. Открываем фотокарточку

2.Выбираем инструмент Lasso Tool с настройкой Polygonal Lasso Tool

3.Делаем выделение в том месте, где будем рвать фото и нажимаем Delete

4. Следуем в Select>Modify>Expand и ставим значение от 5 до 7. Далее "Ок".

5.После двигаемся в Filter>Distort>Ripple и ставим значение как на картинке

6.Дале отодвигаем необходимую часть в сторону и добавляем тень

7. Добавляем душевную надпись и жмем "Сохранить" =) Усё +)
